Delta Air Lines reported that it will continue to block the middle seats on its flights until March 30, 2021.

“Several independent studies have validated the effectiveness of Delta CareStandard’s multi-layer protection, such as advanced ventilation and an extensive cleaning regime, which together significantly reduce the risk of flight-related transmission,” said Bill Lentsch, Director of Customer Experience. “However, we recognize that some customers are still learning to live with this virus and want extra space for peace of mind. We are listening and will always take the appropriate steps to ensure that our customers have complete confidence in their travel with us.
