On December 3, Mexico’s Federal Civil Aviation Agency (AFAC) published the requirements for the resumption of operations of the MAX 8 and 9.
For such an aircraft to fly in the country, airlines must install new flight control software, install the new cockpit display system, incorporate new operating procedures and change the routing of the normal stabilizer adjustment cables.
