Qatar Airways and LATAM Airlines Brazil announced that they have expanded cooperation on code sharing, optimizing connectivity for passengers of both airlines to and from destinations in Asia, the Middle East and South America.

The extended agreement will allow Qatar Airways passengers to book travel on an additional 45 LATAM Airlines Brazil flights and access more than 40 domestic and international destinations in the South American airline network, including Brasilia, Curitiba, Porto Velho, Rio Branco, Rio de Janeiro, San Jose, Lima (Peru), Montevido (Uruguay) and Santiago (Chile).

LATAM Airlines Brazil passengers will also benefit from access to the 10 recently expanded weekly flights to and from Sao Paulo, operated by the modern Airbus A350-1000. Passengers of the South American carrier will also be able to book travel to eight additional destinations on Qatar Airways, including Bangkok, Hong Kong, Maldives, Nairobi, Seoul and Tokyo, along with other connecting flights to destinations such as Baku, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.
