The Ecuadorian airline Tame, which is in liquidation, began the process of preparing and approving the basis for the sale of its aeronautical assets. These include eight aircraft and their spare parts.

“Since January 15, 2021, the review and approval of the terms and conditions began, and later the call for an international public tender was issued,” the company said in a press release.

The firm explained that when all the documents contemplated in this process have been approved, the necessary information will be available for interested companies to make their respective bids, El Comercio reported.
The aeronautical assets available for sale are
-2 Embraer E190 aircraft, spare parts and tools group
-3 ATR -42, spare parts and tools group
-2 Kodiak Quest, parts and tools g
roup
-Miscellaneous spare parts for Airbus
-An Embraer E190 aircraft (crashed in Cuenca)
According to Tame, once the offers are received, a Technical Committee will be in charge of the analysis and evaluation of the offer or offers that are most convenient for the airline’s interests.
