The new Brazilian airline ITA Transportes Aéreos, which plans to start operations on March 19, 2021, received this Saturday its first aircraft, an Airbus A320-200.
The aircraft, 17 years old, departed from Ciudad Real (Spain) to Reykjavik (Iceland), and then to Bangor. It then landed in Kansas City and finally in Natal, Brazil.
“It is with great pride that Itapemirim shares with all of you this historic achievement of Brazilian aviation. The arrival of our first aircraft, an Airbus A320, is the result of a whole team effort,” the airline posted on its facebook account.
This aircraft is the first of ten that the airline will operate as its initial fleet.
