Venezuelan airline Conviasa will start flights between Caracas and Moscow (Russia) as of April 1, the Russian embassy in Venezuela reported on its Twitter account on Thursday.

The route is expected to have two weekly frequencies and will be operated with Airbus A340 aircrafts.
This way, Russia joins Bolivia, Panama, Dominican Republic and Mexico as countries to which the airline currently operates.
