In order to offer more and more direct operations from the regions, Avianca has requested authorization from the Colombian Civil Aeronautics Authority to operate the Cúcuta-Miami-Cúcuta route, according to the Agency.
The request indicates that the airline plans to operate between Norte de Santander and South Florida five times a week on Airbus A319 and A320 aircraft.
Avianca has also requested authorization to operate seven weekly frequencies on the Cúcuta-Medellín-Cúcuta route.
