Canadian airline WestJet announced Tuesday new nonstop flights from Toronto to Glasgow and Edinburgh, Scotland, starting in 2022.
Service between Toronto and Glasgow will begin May 20, 2022 with four weekly frequencies, while Toronto and Edinburgh will begin June 2, 2022 and operate three flights per week.

“As we continue to rebuild our international network, we’re pleased to offer our guests new options to connect via our Toronto hub for business and leisure to these incredible cities,” said John Weatherill, WestJet Chief Commercial Officer.
In spring 2022, WestJet also plans to resume flights between Halifax and Glasgow.
