Germany’s Lufthansa announced on Tuesday that the first destination for its Boeing 787-9 aircraft will be Toronto, Canada.
With the expectation of receiving the first of its Dreamliner before Christmas 2021, the airline informed via twitter that the inaugural route to be operated by the Boeing 787 will be Frankfurt-Toronto.

Lufthansa has a total of 25 Boeing 787-9 aircraft on order, which are destined to replace Airbus A340-300s, among other aircraft.
There is speculation that the airline could debut its new Business Class product with the Dreamliners.
