JetBlue launched its ‘Monster Sale 2021’ on Wednesday, which, for the first time, will be available online only on the airline’s website and mobile app, to encourage customers to discover the advantages of booking directly with the airline rather than through third parties.
Starting today through Friday, Oct. 29, travelers can get low fares on select routes in JetBlue’s network for travel between Nov. 1 and Dec. 16, 2021, including 31 routes at $31 one-way.
Customers looking for air travel options often don’t realize the advantages of booking directly with the airline they plan to fly with, and believe they can get a cheaper fare through a third party, according to Jetblue.
“The launch of our 2021 ‘Monster Sale’ supports the next phase of our direct distribution strategy, which focuses on driving more direct bookings among leisure travelers looking to reconnect with family, friends, and the places they love,” said Dave Clark, vice president of sales & revenue management, JetBlue.
