The Venezuelan airline Conviasa informed that it will begin flights between Caracas and the new Felipe de Angeles International Airport, located at the Santa Lucia Military Air Base, near Mexico City, on March 21, the day of the airport’s inauguration.

Flights will take off from Maiquetia at 10:00, arriving in Santa Lucia at 13:00. From Felipe de Angeles airport it will depart at 16:00, landing at the airport serving Caracas at 23:00. The route will be operated on Mondays with Airbus A340-300 aircraft.
Conviasa informed that for this new route it is offering an inaugural fare starting at $371 round trip.
