Aerolíneas Argentinas confirmed this Friday a new route that will link San Martin de los Andes with Sao Paulo (Brazil) as from July 11.
Flights will operate every Tuesday and Friday between Aviador Campos Airport and Sao Paulo-Guarulhos. The return flights will be on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

“This flight is part of the strategic plan we are developing to boost tourism from Brazil to the main winter tourist destinations. We are sure that the coming season will be an important milestone for the whole sector”, explained Pablo Ceriani, president of Aerolíneas Argentinas.
In addition, the company confirmed that due to the high demand on the Sao Paulo – Bariloche route, it will now operate daily flights, instead of the 4 frequencies originally announced for that route.
Aerolíneas Argentinas operates to and from Brazil, 21 frequencies between Sao Paulo and Buenos Aires, 14 with Rio de Janeiro, 2 with Salvador de Bahía, 4 with Brasilia, 4 with Curitiba and 4 with Porto Alegre.
