Aerolíneas Argentinas confirmed that, as from April, several of its international routes will have increased weekly frequencies.
First of all, the flight to Madrid increased from 5 weekly frequencies to 7. In this way, it returns to the traditional daily flight schedule, departing from Ezeiza at 23:55. From Madrid it takes off at 20:00 and lands in Buenos Aires at 04:10, which allows the connection with the flights departing from “Ministro Pistarini” to the main tourist points of the country.

Lima is another destination that returns to daily flights instead of the 5 weekly frequencies operated during the first quarter of the year. In this case, flights departing from Aeroparque “Jorge Newbery”.
Asunción, in April, went from 7 to 10 weekly frequencies. From Aeroparque, it now has a double daily flight on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays, while the rest of the days it operates one frequency.
Montevideo increased from 7 to 15 weekly frequencies. Thus, it operates a double daily flight, while on Wednesdays there are 3 flights to and from the Uruguayan capital.

Meanwhile, Santiago de Chile, adds 2 flights going from 15 weekly frequencies to 17, all from Aeroparque and thus operating up to 3 daily flights. In addition, the weekly flight from the city of Mendoza to the capital of the trans-Andean country continues.
In addition, the route between Buenos Aires and Cancun also added an additional frequency, going from 3 to 4 weekly flights operating on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from Ezeiza International Airport.
“We are making a very big effort to give the country the air connectivity it needs for tourism to grow and become again one of the main economic engines. These flights are aimed at continuing to recover international traffic”, said Pablo Ceriani, president of Aerolíneas Argentinas.
As regards international connectivity, Aerolíneas Argentinas recently confirmed the return of its flights to and from Rome, Brasilia, Curitiba and Porto Alegre, in addition to the routes connecting Salta and Bariloche with Sao Paulo.
