Iberia Express Seeks Fligth Attendent Without Previous Experience

Iberia Express is looking to hire new Cabin Crew Members, with no minimum previous experience working, with or without a Flight Attendant certificate. Those interested should register at www.portalempleo.iberiaexpress.com to attend the new Open Day to be held in Madrid on April 19.

Minimum requirements:

  • Over 18 years old.
  • Minimum height 1.65 cm.
  • High level of Spanish and English (other languages would be an asset).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Good physical condition and ability to swim (100m in 2 min. and 30 sec.).
  • Excellent attitude towards the public and customer service.
  • Possess valid DNI/ NIE and PASSPORT. (Work permit)
  • Geographic mobility.
  • Not to have applied for any Iberia Express job vacancy in the last 12 months.

It should be clarified that although the airline’s website indicates that applicants must have a minimum of 4 months’ experience as a flight attendant, on Wednesday the company published a tweet saying that no previous experience or flight attendant certificate is required to register.
