With the purpose of generating innovative connections with passengers who travel through the terminal on a daily basis, El Dorado Airport now has 18 special spaces for travelers who have stopovers or simply want to rest before taking their international flight, so they can do so comfortably and in a private space.
“With the entry into operation of these spaces, we improve the experience of travelers who visit us. These new rooms will allow us to be on par with other airports worldwide. We continue to create relevant and close connections with our travelers by providing them with solutions for a more comfortable trip,” said Sergio Aparicio, OPAIN’s Commercial Manager.

Travelers visiting these rooms will enjoy a space with a bed, folding table and cabinets to store their belongings, as well as power outlets, wifi, air conditioning and a help button in case of emergency. Additionally, this space is suitable for people with disabilities and will have a personalized service from the staff at the time of Check In.
The rooms are designed for individual use. In order to provide confidence and safety for their use, they are disinfected with UV rays. With this initiative, El Dorado International Airport consolidates its position as a reference in the region for creating close connections to improve the experience of travelers in transit through the terminal.
