Air France returns to Newark Liberty Airport after 10 years

Starting December 12, 2022, Air France will operate daily nonstop service throughout the year between its hub at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport and Newark Liberty, the second largest international airport serving New York, located approximately 18 miles from Manhattan.

Air France takes delivery of its 10th Airbus A220-300.

The flights will be operated by Boeing 777-200 aircraft with a capacity of 280 seats (40 in Business, 24 in Premium Economy and 216 in Economy), and equipped with a Wi-Fi connection.

This daily flight marks Air France’s return to Newark, a historic destination served by the airline with direct flights until 2012. It will join the shuttle service introduced between Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport and New York-John F. Kennedy with 6 daily flights operated by Air France and 2 by its Skyteam alliance partner, Delta Air Lines.
