EVA Air announced Tuesday that it will launch nonstop flights to Milan and Munich from Taipei, which will be the airline’s first route expansion in the European market in 25 years.

Flights to Milan will start on October 25 with two weekly frequencies and those to Munich will start on November 3, 2022 three times a week.

Conviasa announces flights to Guangzhou, China.

Adding service from Milan and Munich to existing links to London, Amsterdam, Paris and Vienna will give EVA the most frequently and well-developed Taiwan-Europe network, offering travelers more flexibility on popular routes.

Passengers from Milan and Munich will be able to arrive at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport and easily connect on EVA’s flights to Northeast and Southeast Asia.
