Cirium, the specialist firm in aviation sector analysis, published its monthly report on the punctuality performance of Latin American airlines in August 2022, where Chile’s Sky Airline ranked first with 91.34% of its flights on time.
Second place went to Copa Airlines with 90.20% of its flights on time, and Brazil’s Azul ranked third with 89.65%.

In fourth place was Avianca with 87.47% and in fifth place Latam Airlines with 82.91%.
The list is completed by Aerolíneas Argentinas with 82.28%, Viva Air with 81.80%, Aeroméxico with 81.51% and Volaris with 76.56%.
It should be recalled that Cirium’s monthly reports are designed to evaluate airlines and airports that perform well in terms of punctuality. The data on which these reports are based comes from the Cirium Core, which contains more than 300 terabytes of information from more than 2,000 sources.
