In August, Norwegian operated an average of 69 aircraft and 99.7% of scheduled flights were completed. Punctuality, measured by the number of flights leaving within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, was 63%. However, up to 96.5% of all flights were on time or no more than one hour late.
“August marks the end of summer and the month marked another strong performance for Norwegian. We operate our scheduled schedule and fly close to all scheduled flights. We are particularly pleased that fall bookings are encouraging and business travelers are returning,” said Geir Karlsen, CEO of Norwegian.
