Conviasa to resume commercial flights to Merida, Venezuela

The Venezuelan airline Conviasa authorized the reactivation of commercial flights to the Alberto Carnevalli Airport in the state of Merida, according to the governor, Jehyson Guzman, on Thursday.

Conviasa inaugurated flights between northwest Venezuela and Cuba.

The route would be Caracas-Mérida and will be operated with an ATR 42 aircraft.

So far, the date for the resumption of flights has not been announced.
