An Aerolineas Argentinas flight, which landed early Wednesday morning at Ezeiza Airport in Buenos Aires from Madrid, suffered strong turbulences during the trip that caused injuries to 12 passengers, 9 of them with different minor traumatisms. They were immediately released by airport health services. While 3 others had to be transferred for a more exhaustive control, the company informed in a press release.

An Aerolineas Argentinas flight, which landed early Wednesday morning at Ezeiza Airport in Buenos Aires from Madrid,
“According to the information provided by the crew, the seat belt signs were on and the corresponding announcement had been made. The passengers who were most affected, and who had to be transferred, were not wearing their seat belts at the time of the turbulence,” the airline said.
The incident occurred over the Atlantic Ocean while approaching Brazil. The aircraft, an Airbus A330 with registration LV-FVH, was carrying 13 crew members and 271 passengers.
