The Spanish airline Iberia opened this Wednesday a call for new cabin crew members. In this last quarter, the company has already recovered 95% of the capacity it had before the pandemic and, in the first quarter of 2023, it will grow to deploy 105% of capacity, for which it needs to increase its workforce.

The selection tests will be carried out in different groups and in a staggered manner depending on the needs of the company and until the closing of the call. It is essential that candidates read the requirements carefully and fill in the fields of the registration form correctly. Once the application has been submitted, it will not be possible to make any changes to the information submitted.

Basic requirements
- Baccalaureate or equivalent. In the case of studies carried out in a non-European Union country, to have them approved by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports.
- Fluency in Spanish and a very high level of English. Knowledge of other languages will be an asset.
- Minimum height of 164 cm.
- Nationality of a member country of the EU or with the documentation in order to work in Spain (residence and work permit in force).
- TCP license. If you do not have it, and once selected, you must obtain it within the period deemed appropriate by the company.
- Passport that allows the free circulation of the crew member at international level and without any restriction.
- No criminal record.
