LATAM Airlines Colombia has applied to the Civil Aeronautics (Aerocivil) for permission to operate a new route between Bogota and Orlando, its second destination to the United States from El Dorado International Airport, after Miami.

The airline requested to operate the route with up to seven weekly frequencies on Airbus A319 and A320 aircraft.
Once the application has been reviewed and approved by Aerocivil, the airline will begin selling tickets for the new route.
Currently, two airlines fly between Bogota and Orlando: Avianca and Spirit Airlines.
