Canadian airline Swoop inaugurated on Wednesday its flights between Lester B. Pearson International Airport in Toronto and Varadero, Cuba. Pearson International Airport in Toronto and Varadero, Cuba.
The route will be operated three times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) on Boeing 737 aircraft.

“We are thrilled to celebrate our launch in Cuba. Varadero is widely known as for affordable beach vacations, so we are proud to offer Torontonians a new ultra-convenient and ultra-inexpensive option for travel to Playa Azul,” said Bob Cummings, President of Swoop.
In addition to the inaugural flight to Varadero, Swoop has also launched new non-stop service between Hamilton and Punta Cana (Dominican Republic), which will operate twice weekly frequencies.
