Icelandic airline PLAY announced Thursday that it will fly between Reykjavik and Venice (Italy) next summer.
The route will operate two flights a week (Thursdays and Sundays), from June 29 to October 1, 2023.

“It’s fantastic news that PLAY will be operating in Venice in 2023. Wherever the airline goes, ticket prices come down and more people will be able to enjoy affordable air travel, which is our mission,” said Birgir Jónsson, CEO of PLAY.
