In January 2023, Spain’s Iberia was the most punctual airline in the world, according to the ranking prepared by Cirium, the leading international consulting firm in this type of measurement.
In January, 86.8% of Iberia’s 13,327 flights arrived on time, putting it at the top of the punctuality ranking among Global Airlines. In this category, the companies with the highest number of Available Seat Kilometers (ASK) in the market compete. The measurement refers specifically to those airlines that rank in the top 10% of airlines with the highest ASKs in the world and that also operate in three regions of the world.
