As of this Sunday, April 23, the German airline Lufthansa expands its route network and has a new destination in Spain: Asturias.
The airline inaugurated two new routes connecting Frankfurt and Asturias three times a week (Wednesday, Friday and Sunday), and a weekly flight between Munich and Asturias on Saturdays.
For these new routes, Lufthansa will use Airbus A320 family aircraft, offering Business Class and Economy Class cabins.

For the first time, Lufthansa connects the Principality with the rest of the world via its hubs in Frankfurt and Munich, thus offering connections to more than 250 destinations.
“We are delighted to offer these new routes to support the development of tourism and the internationalization of the Asturian economy, connecting the Principality with an extensive network of destinations worldwide. We would like to thank the Asturian authorities for their support in making these new routes a reality,” says Leticia Alcalá, Sales Director for Spain at Lufthansa Group.
