“It is time to think about the future and to maintain the country’s connectivity, that is why we will seek to add aircraft to our operation and we will begin the process to find the best talent to join the Avianca team. This effort to open the call for 730 experts seeks to provide options and protect the stability of the sector. It is worth noting that these new hires will be made in accordance with existing collective bargaining agreements,” said Adrian Neuhauser, Avianca’s President.
The process will depend on Avianca’s needs to expand its network, and the agility of the authorities in the approvals for the incorporation of aircraft and personnel, in addition to the distribution of slots.
Interested parties will soon be able to find out all the information and requirements through Avianca’s official channels.
