As of June 1, Iberia will return to Terminal 5 at London-Heathrow Airport, which will favor flight connections for the Spanish airline’s customers and, therefore, will also result in a better experience for passengers.
Thus, all its flights will land and take off from this terminal, as well as those of British Airways, an airline that is also part of IAG (International Airlines Group), thus improving the experience of all those customers who travel in connection with the British airline. American Airlines will continue to operate from Terminal 3.
→ Iberia was “World’s Most Punctual Airline” in April
The Iberia check-in area in Terminal 5 will be located in Zone B, the same area where it operated prior to the move to Terminal 3. Customers who need to check in their baggage, issue their boarding pass or any other procedure with the Iberia team at the airport will have six counters at their disposal, ranging from B10 to B16.
In Terminal 5, Iberia will continue to offer services for customers with reduced mobility and unaccompanied minors, as well as Fast Track and VIP lounges.
Customers traveling in Business or Iberia Plus Gold, Platinum and Infinita cardholders will have several lounges at their disposal: British Airways Galleries North Club Lounge, British Airways Galleries South Club Lounge, British Airways Galleries Club Lounge and First Lounge Termina, the latter only available to Iberia Plus Platinum customers.
