Malaysia’s SKS Airways signed a lease agreement with Azorra for 10 Embraer E195-E2 aircraft to boost its growth plans in the region. The event took place at the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition (LIMA’23).
SKS Airways’ E195-E2s will be based at Kuala Lumpur City Airport, Subang, from 2024.

“This is an important day for the future of aviation in Malaysia. We are delighted to announce the signing of these agreements with industry leading companies such as Embraer and Azorra, who share our vision for the future of air travel. With these strategic partnerships, we are excited to embark on a new phase of growth, with a fleet of Embraer Jets operating from Subang,” commented Rohman Ahmad, Director of SKS Airways.
“The E2 is the aircraft family of choice for airlines around the world looking to develop their regional routes.
