The Venezuelan National Institute of Civil Aeronautics (INAC) authorized LATAM Colombia to operate flights on the Bogotá-Caracas-Bogotá route, as per Official Gazette number 42.655, dated June 21, 2023.
The airline will provide scheduled passenger, cargo and mail services between both countries.
The permit will have a duration of 5 years, counted from the issuance of the operational authorization.
This route is currently operated by Turpial Airlines, Satena and Laser Airlines. Wingo recently announced that it will resume flights to Caracas in the second half of the year.
