Japan Airlines (JAL) announced that it will launch a new daily non-stop service between Tokyo (Haneda) and Doha (Qatar) from summer 2024. This route will be the first direct flight to the Middle East operated by a Japanese airline.
In addition, with the launch of this route, JAL will enable its customers to seamlessly connect to Africa and South America through its partnership with Oneworld member Qatar Airways.

The exact date for the start of the route is subject to government approval.
The JAL group reported that it will continue to face new challenges to offer greater customer convenience, improve its international network and the quality of its products and services.
