Emirates announced Thursday that its codeshare partnership with Air Canada has expanded to include flights to and from Montreal, following the launch of services to Quebec’s largest city in July. The Arab airline’s customers will now be able to plan trips between 11 domestic points beyond Montreal.
The codeshare partnership between the two airlines allows customers to enjoy flexibility and choice with seamless connections across Canada’s two largest cities to points such as Halifax, Edmonton, Ottawa and Calgary. From Toronto, Emirates customers can travel to 19 points while enjoying the benefits of codeshare, and 100 more, made possible by an interline agreement.
Customers traveling from Canadian cities can easily connect to Emirates services in Montreal or Toronto for travel to destinations in Asia, Africa and the Middle East through the airline’s hub in Dubai.

On its flights to and from Toronto, Emirates offers daily services to Dubai aboard Airbus A380 aircraft. It also operates seven weekly flights between Montreal and Dubai, using Boeing 777 aircraft, allowing passengers to plan their travel itineraries to global destinations with seamless connectivity.
Travelers itinerating on Emirates flights can plan their entire trip on a single ticket, including the airline’s baggage allowance, plus convenient baggage check-in all the way to the final destination.
In addition, members of Emirates’ frequent flyer program, Skywards, will be able to earn and redeem miles on flights on both airlines through this partnership.
