Mexican airline Viva Aerobus announced Thursday its first routes to the new Tulum International Airport, in the state of Quintana Roo.
Flights will begin in December and will connect with Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey and Tijuana.

According to the airline, starting this Thursday, tickets for these new routes will be available for purchase, of which on December 1 will begin services to Mexico City International Airport, Felipe Angeles and Monterrey, while on December 16 to Guadalajara and on December 17 to Tijuana.
“We are excited to connect this new airport, a strategic infrastructure that the Federal Government has developed; and we will land with the best value proposition: direct flights, new aircraft, low prices and the best customer service for our passengers,” said Viva Aerobus CEO Juan Carlos Zuazua.
