Alaska Airlines announced Monday a new daily nonstop service between San Diego and Atlanta beginning May 16, 2024.

“We want to offer our San Diego customers the greatest number of nonstop options,” said Kirsten Amrine, vice president of revenue management and network planning for Alaska Airlines. “San Diego and Atlanta are not only popular destinations for leisure travelers, but both are also important business hubs. We are thrilled to connect the cities, especially since Atlanta is our largest transcontinental market with no service from San Diego.”
Next spring the airline will offer 37 nonstop destinations from San Diego to cities in the Northwest, Northeast, California, Mexico, Florida and the four main Hawaiian Islands.
