Avianca announced on Tuesday that it will suspend the Bogota-Florencia route as of October 15, 2023, as part of the network adjustments the airline is making.
In order to protect passengers who may be affected by this decision, and to keep Florencia within its route network, Avianca has established a codeshare agreement with CLIC airline that includes the Bogota – Florencia route.

In the event that the alternative delivered does not meet the customer’s needs, passengers who wish to do so may access the corresponding refund for the unused legs, with no penalty charge at the passenger’s choice.
The airline invited its customers to continuously check their ticket status on the website and mobile application.
