Dominican airline Arajet announced Thursday that it has decided to extend its New Year offer.
The special fare extension starting at $1 or its equivalent in the local currency of the country of origin will be in effect until January 8 (taxes and fees not included); applies to all destinations in the Arajet network, for both direct and connecting flights; for travel from January 14, 2024 through June 15, 2024.

The airline, which ended 2023 with more than 550 thousand passengers, plans to carry 1.5 million passengers in the region by 2024 and to add new destinations to its extensive network, such as Paraguay, Uruguay and Bolivia. It is also awaiting approval from the Department of Transportation to fly to and from the United States.
“Arajet in 2023 demonstrated its commitment and loyalty to the democratization of the skies of the region and in 2024 we will continue to increase frequencies in markets that require more Arajet presence, we will continue to provide the opportunity for our passengers to travel safely, in new aircraft, with the best onboard service and the best price in the market,” said Victor Pacheco Mendez, CEO and founder of Arajet.
