Porter Airlines inaugurated Thursday its new route between Toronto Pearson Airport and San Francisco, California.
The route will operate one daily flight on Embraer E195-E2 aircraft, which have a 132-passenger, single-class, 2-2 configuration with no middle seats.

The airline offers free WiFi on this route for all passengers and includes a selection of snacks, beer and wine.For priority check-in, extra legroom seating, premium pre-mixed cocktails and fresh, healthy meals are available with PorterReserve all-inclusive fares or purchased a la carte with PorterClassic fares.
“San Francisco is an important hub for travelers, who can now choose Porter’s unmatched all-affordable onboard service when traveling between California and Eastern Canada, and connecting to destinations around the world,” said Kevin Jackson, president of Porter Airlines.
Thanks to the recently announced partnership with Alaska Airlines, passengers will be able to connect via San Francisco to 18 U.S. West Coast destinations, including Portland, San Diego and Seattle.
