Avianca announced Tuesday that it will resume the route between Pereira and Santa Marta starting April 1, with a daily frequency that will provide travelers with a new option to fly directly and nonstop between the two cities.
“This is great news for tourism and the economy of Pereira and Santa Marta. With the resumption of this route, Avianca ratifies its commitment to the connectivity of all regions of the country and offers its travelers a unique option to fly non-stop between the center of the Eje Cafetero and one of the preferred destinations for travelers on the Caribbean Coast,” said David Alemán, Avianca’s Sales Director for Colombia and South America. “We are working to make this route permanent and consolidate it as an attractive alternative for travelers seeking a connection between Pereira and Santa Marta in less than an hour and a half”.
