Starting in June 2024, the airline will offer five international flights per week from Fortaleza: two to Buenos Aires (EZE) and three to Florida (one to Orlando and two to Miami), offering more than 75,000 international seats in the state by 2024.
“GOL’s direct flight to Orlando from Fortaleza joins our operations to Miami and Buenos Aires from the ‘capital of the sun,’ reinforcing our commitment to tourism in the Northeast,” said Bruno Balan, Strategic Planning Manager for GOL’s Airline Network.
In addition to all flights operated by GOL in Fortaleza, the partnership with Air France-KLM will offer more than 100,000 seats between Ceará and Europe through 2024. Together, GOL and the partner airlines have grown from 12,000 international seats in 2014 to 175,000 international seats in 2024 – an increase of more than 14 times.
