The Spanish airline Iberia Express celebrates its 12th anniversary this March, and it does so with a firm commitment to female talent.

The number of female pilots at Iberia Express has increased by almost 54% in the last year, a particularly relevant fact in the aeronautical industry, which still has a pending issue, namely the greater incorporation of women in the more technical professions such as pilot or aeronautical engineer.
