He emphasized that since the first operation, 30 years ago, they have been dedicated to strengthening their concept of operational excellence and dedicated service to their customers on all the routes they cover, as well as the implementation of new products and services that enhance the travel experience.
As a result of the firmness of the organization’s objectives, Laser Airlines managed to become in 2023 the only Venezuelan airline with IOSA certification, which corroborates the high standards of processes and quality that govern it.
Since its first flight on the Porlamar-Caracas route on March 11, 1994, the airline has worked uninterruptedly, positioning itself as one of the main players in the Venezuelan air transportation sector.
Tangible Projects
Recently, the company announced the incorporation of an Airbus A320 aircraft, in alliance with the Dominican airline RED Air, for flights from La Romana with a later connection. They highlight the advantages of Premium Economy Class on this route, which allows passengers to enjoy differentiated and personalized services such as free seat selection, onboard menu, extra mileage for the Laser Club program, access to VIP lounges and preferential attention at airports.
In addition, various initiatives such as seat marketing, prepaid baggage, unaccompanied minor travel, domestic and international air cargo, and the Laser Club frequent flyer program have been designed and implemented in recent years to optimize Laser Airlines’ offerings.
