TAP Air Portugal inaugurated this Tuesday its new route between Lisbon and Florianópolis, its twelfth destination in Brazil.
The route will operate three weekly flights on this route (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays) in Airbus A330-200 aircraft with capacity for 269 passengers: 25 in Business Class and 244 in Economy Class.

“The inclusion of Florianópolis as a TAP destination responds to the growing demand for flights between Portugal and southern Brazil, reinforcing the company’s commitment to continue investing to be the European airline of choice for Brazilians,” said Luís Rodrigues, President of TAP.
Starting November 4, the company will resume flights between Lisbon and Manaus, capital of the state of Amazonia, with a stopover in Belém. The route will have three weekly flights, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
TAP Air Portugal flies from Lisbon to São Paulo, Río de Janeiro, Belém, Belo Horizonte, Brasilia, Fortaleza, Natal, Maceió, Recife, Salvador, Florianópolis and from November to Manaos, as well as connecting Oporto with São Paulo and Río de Janeiro.
