Turkish Airlines to land in Santiago (Chile) in December

Turkish Airlines began selling its flights between Istanbul and Santiago de Chile, with a stopover in São Paulo, which will start operating from December 18, 2024, according to the airline’s website.

The route will operate three weekly flights on Airbus A350-900 aircraft with a capacity of 329 passengers, 32 seats in Business Class and 295 in Economy, with a weekly offer of 2,632 seats.

The flight will depart Istanbul at 20:35, arriving in São Paulo at 04:15 the following day. After a stopover of 1 hour 35 minutes, it will continue its journey to Santiago, where it will land at 09:45 (local time).

It will take off from the Chilean capital at 11:40 a.m., arriving at Guarulhos Airport at 3:15 p.m., before continuing its journey to Istanbul at 4:50 p.m., where it will land at 11:20 a.m. the following day (local time).

With this new destination, the airline will offer service to nine Latin American cities: Mexico City, Cancun, Havana, Panama City, Caracas, Bogota, Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires and Santiago.
