Flybondi announced this Friday that it will add more aircraft to its fleet. In addition to the 2 aircrafts incorporated in the last week, the company will receive another 2 aircrafts in the next few days, for a total of 19 aircrafts during the summer season.
With this new agreement, the airline will incorporate 180-seat Airbus A320 aircraft, as opposed to the rest of its Boeing 737-800 NG fleet. The Lithuanian-registered aircraft will be operational from November 2024 to March 2025. This increase in capacity will enable the low cost carrier to strengthen its route connectivity network by incorporating new frequencies and evaluating new destinations.

“This growth in our fleet enables us to offer a great proposal for the summer season because we will increase domestic flights and frequencies on our routes with Brazil. We are also evaluating the addition of new destinations in the short and medium term. Flybondi’s commitment with Argentina is solid and sustainable: today we are the largest private Argentine airline in the country and we want to promote productive development, job creation and tourism” said Mauricio Sana, Flybondi’s CEO.
The airline currently flies to 19 domestic and 3 international destinations, through 26 routes (18 domestic to and from Buenos Aires, 5 interprovincial and 3 international).
