Delta Air Lines inaugurated on Saturday its seasonal nonstop flights between Atlanta and Puerto Plata, the airline’s fourth destination in the Dominican Republic, after Santo Domingo, Punta Cana and Santiago de los Caballeros.
The route, which will be available through April 13, 2025, will operate one daily flight on Boeing 737-800 aircraft seating 160 passengers: 16 in First Class, 36 in Delta Comfort+ and 108 in Economy.

Flights will depart Atlanta at 11:25 a.m., arriving in Puerto Plata at 3:31 p.m. (local time). From the Gregorio Luperón International Airport they will take off at 16:41, landing in the capital of the state of Georgia at 19:13 (local time).
“Delta is establishing vital connections from Atlanta and across the United States that allow our customers to reach their dream vacation destinations with ease,” said Joe Esposito, Delta’s senior vice president of network planning.
