Malaysia Airlines took delivery Thursday of the first of 20 Airbus A330neo aircraft it will lease from Avolon.
Malaysia Airlines’ A330neo is configured with a two-class layout for 297 passengers: 28 in Business suites and 269 in Economy. Passengers will enjoy more personal space throughout, with larger overhead storage, improved air quality and the latest in-flight entertainment and high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity.

The airline will deploy the aircraft on routes across Asia and the Pacific, as well as on selected routes to the Middle East.
Malaysia Airlines thus becomes the 20th A330neo operator worldwide.
