U.S. carrier Spirit Airlines is celebrating two decades of service in the Dominican Republic this November with special fares (for a limited time) and a Free Spirit loyalty program promotion.
Spirit first launched flights in Santo Domingo in 2004 and has expanded service to include Punta Cana and Santiago de los Caballeros.
To celebrate these 20 years, the airline is offering flights from the Dominican Republic to the U.S. from $129 (one way), including all taxes and fees.

“Our passengers in The Dominican Republic have truly embraced our high-value service over the past two decades and we are excited to now offer them an enhanced experience and new travel options,” said John Kirby, vice president of network planning at Spirit Airlines.
The airline is also offering Free Spirit members 1,500 bonus points on round-trip flights and 750 bonus points on one-way flights to and from Santiago, Santo Domingo and Punta Cana.
To earn even more bonus points, travelers can book Spirit’s new premium travel options, Go Big and Go Comfy, and earn double points for a limited time.
These fares will be available for booking from November 7 through November 14, 2024. Valid for travel November 14 through December 18, and January 8 through February 14, 2025. Subject to availability.
