GOL takes delivery of its 50th Boeing 737 MAX 8
Brazilian airline GOL’s 50th Boeing 737 MAX 8 landed Wednesday in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais.
The plane took off from Seattle (USA) on Tuesday for Punta Cana (Dominican Republic), where it made a technical stop, and then continued on to Tancredo Neves International Airport.

“The arrival of the MAX 50 is very significant for GOL. We will continuously work to renew our fleet in a sustainable manner with aircraft models that contribute to a more efficient operation,” said André Cruz, GOL’s vice president of Fleet, Supply and GOLLOG (logistics).
With this new aircraft, GOL now has 134 aircraft in its fleet: 12 737-700s, 72 737-800s and 50 737 MAXs.
