Boeing has achieved a significant milestone in the air cargo industry with the delivery of the 100th 767-300 Converted Freighter (BCF) to SF Airlines, the airline with the largest fleet of 767-300BCFs in the world.
A Celebration Event at GAMECO
The commemorative aircraft, featuring a special emblem on its nose to celebrate the 100th delivery, was unveiled during a ceremony on February 14 at the facilities of Guangzhou Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Company Limited (GAMECO), where the passenger-to-freighter conversion of this aircraft took place.
Li Gang, Vice President of Maintenance at SF Airlines, highlighted the importance of this model for the airline: “During our development, the 767-300BCF has played a crucial role. Since the first 767-300BCF was put into operation in 2016, this model has become the backbone of our network due to its excellent performance. Whether on high-demand domestic routes or international challenges, the 767-300BCF has demonstrated high reliability and stability, helping SF Airlines to continuously expand its business.”
